Welding Precautions
1. When using RD-1996 welding wire, do not use inert gas, and pay attention to control the current and voltage according to the recommended surfacing parameters. 2. Oscillating and straight line welding can be, can be overlaid with multiple layers, the performance of the alloy layer and the dilution rate of the overlaid welding. 3. Each layer of weld should be cleaned up after welding slag before welding the next layer, and so on. |
